[06/05] A workshop to train observers is held on Sunday, June 17.
An observer is an officer to record deeds of a pilot. His / Her role is very important in the balloon competitions. In this workshop we teach the trainees fundamental information necessary for an observer.
Those who are interested in the Saga International Balloon fiesta are invited to this workshop. So are those who want to get involved in ballooning competitions in other places.
