- Balloon Fantasia ～ All the interesting balloons assemble at the launch site!
- Wednesday, October 31 to Sunday, November 4 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.
- A lot of anime characters and cute animals line up alongside the river. If the weather permits, it may be possible to enter the launch area, which is not usually open to the public. You will be able to see these extraordinary gigantic balloons close up.
- Please understand this is no guarantee that public entry to the area will be permitted, even if the weather is fine.
