（1） Own Hot Air Balloon pilot lisence in valid.
（2） Over 50 hours flight log as a Pilot in Command after getting Pilot lisence.
（3） Acquire the pilot lisence before October 29, 2007.

（2） Join the third party liability insurance of the personal 100 million yen or more, the real 100 million yen or more or the CSL 200 million yen or more that covers the inside between sessions.
